I’m the guy with the experience in installation. So, I would say that I’m the field manager. I’m the one where there’s a job going on. I get there, I supervise the installation. I make sure that my guys are doing the right job. And then Louis, he backs me up, you know, in every aspect. You know, he has experience now. I would say he’s the main guy. He’s the reason why we’ve grown, not very fast, but we are growing steady, expanding, you know. So, it’s not only new construction, it’s retrofit. We go from single family homes, we do commercial buildings like this one’s right here. We do like buildings up to four stories. When it comes to windows and doors this year, we do everything. A person had a problem with the window that was getting water inside the house. It was a frame wall, and then the opening was all cracked and everything. So we just came over there, just fixed the problem. You know, that’s like 200 something dollars. And then we can go up to, you know, a million dollars, basically, you know, depending on the amount of work that we can absorb. We’re putting a lot of effort into this company, but it’s not only us. It’s the crew that is behind us, the employees that make you, you know, shine before the customer and before the builders. You know, sometimes I come to a job site and I gotta leave, I gotta take care of some other customer and I leave my guys there, they do perform without me being there. The builder says and the homeowner says, “Yes, hey, those guys, they’re really good. You should be proud of them. You should be treated well.” That’s what we’re trying to do, treat them well because it’s spread across every branch and everything in the company. We are crazy about the performance, so we can get, let’s say, quality work, and we can perform well. Sometimes when you grow too fast, too big, there comes a lot of setbacks. I wouldn’t wanna go through that. We wanna go a little by a little and try to be successful. That’s what we’re here for, to be successful, make money, and then good, honest money that we can pay the employees so we can have, we can grow.
My name is Jay Ursoleo. I’ve been here my whole life. I’ve been a general contractor, licensed since 1984. Met Javier, he did a house for me. You’ll remember on the news, Rick on the roof. I rebuilt his house. I actually built the garage that they wanted us to tear down, but Javier did the windows. He’s done several projects since then. I did a 16,000 square foot house on Palermo Circle. He did all the sliders, all the windows, all the doors. It turned out very well. I’m getting ready to build another house in Fabio Isles, and he’s gonna be doing that one as well. I’ve been working as a super like for over 10 years, and I tried with so many companies and to be honest with you, this is by far the best company for window installation I ever tried. They did a really good job. The crew members are really respectful, really professional with the things they do. They take really care of the installation of each window. We’re in a condo in the fourth floor in Barefoot Beach. This is a really, really nice community here. As you see, we have the ocean just right in front. They installed 13 windows in the whole building, and they did three sliding glass doors. We test all the windows after they were installed. The waterproofing that they do before setting the windows is wonderful. Quality is the first thing that we provide to our clients. And second of all, the frame time that we expect our contractors to finish their jobs. So that’s really important for us. You can see how they take care of each installation. Today we’re in Fort Myers Beach. We’re doing a tear out and replace over here in this commercial property. This was a property that was unfortunately a victim of all the hurricanes that passed by the area. We’re doing four big storefront windows and we’re doing three storefront doors. You know, there’s gonna be two double doors and a single door. These are all gonna be impact, you know, laminated windows and doors. Gonna be great hurricane protection, great protection against the wind, airborne debris, all that good stuff that we get a lot of down here in Fort Myers Beach. You will measure the windows, measure the doors, give a quote to our customer, let them know how much it’s going to be, give them a time frame. A good time frame I tell our customers is about eight weeks, you know, from the date the deposit is given to where we’re 100% done. Once the deposit is given, we order, receive the windows. As the windows are ordered, we’re also applying for all permits, all necessary documents for the job itself. So when the windows do come in, the permit is going to be ready as well. After we receive all the material, we go ahead, we arrive to a job site. In this case, we remove all the existing windows and doors, and then we replace them with brand new ones, call them in, finish it 100%, and get the inspection scheduled, and we’ll be out of the customer’s way. We’re very small, so there’s a lot of trust between me and my father. Every job that we sell, every job that we do, either him and I go out there to inspect them personally. We’re not just full of sales guys that sell you the job and then have their own service guys coming out and servicing it and installing it. We’re putting our own eyes, we’re putting our own expertise out there. You’re getting experience, you’re getting knowledge, you’re not just getting a sales guy trying to make a quick dollar off of you. When you buy windows from us, we will service them for the warranty period of the window manufacturer for free. If you have any issues with your windows and you buy them elsewhere, yeah, they’re going to warranty the products, but they won’t give you warranty on the labor. You know, you’re going to have to call another wind installer to service it. It’s going to be anywhere from $300 to $1,000. On the contrary, when we do it, it’s going to be free of charge, you know, if you buy it through us. You know, the Southwest Florida region got hit with three hurricanes almost back to back, and it really destroyed our community. You know, even myself, I was a victim. My house got flooded. But for a lot of homeowners out here in the Southwest Florida region that aren’t familiar with construction, it’s a nightmare. So we’re here to make it a better experience for them, to make it easy for them. We explain every step of the way. You know, we show them everything that needs to be done, at least window and door related, so they don’t have to feel like they’re jumping hoops to get answers. They don’t have to be clueless. And then with all this stuff that’s going on with the hurricanes, people are realizing the importance of windows and doors, impact windows and doors. You know, with one stick that will go through a non-impact window, that’s water that’s coming into your house. That’s your roof that’s going to fly away. It’s a lot of downsides for just, you know, one window.
